Here are pictures of the babies. I was putting my life on the line when I took the picture of them sleeping. Momma bird caught me and she was NOT HAPPY! She squawked and squawked at me and for a minute I thought she would attack! Oh but it was worth it. Look at those sweet things! I absolutely love the one with their mouths open, waiting and trusting that momma will bring them their food.
This reminds me of the scriptures in Matthew 6:25-27Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?
This is something we are clinging to right now while my husband is not working. He has not worked since mid-May and will not return to work. He is having a second surgery on his neck Monday which will leave him unable to work again. God has been so faithful and will continue to be. He provides in ways we never dreamed and I'm thankful in all this because I am learning so much, especially about trust and the Father's love for us.
What a beautiful post..we enjoyed seeing the birds and Gods creation what a special gift He gave you in being able to capture that moment so beautifuly..
